This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2.1 Through our website sign-up form
When you sign up on lucrovis.com, we collect:

- First name
2.2 Through booking a call
When you book a consultation via Cal.com, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Date, time, and time zone of the call
2.3 Through direct communication
When you email us, call us, or join a consultation, we may collect:
- The content of that communication
- Business details you share with us voluntarily
- A recording of the call — only if you've given explicit consent, which we always ask for by email before the call
2.4 Collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device and operating system
- Pages visited, time on page, referring source

3. Why we collect this data
- To respond to your enquiry and assess whether our services are a fit
- To schedule and run consultation calls
- To deliver the marketing services you've engaged us for
- To issue invoices and process payment (via PayPal)
- To send you our newsletter, only if you've opted in (via Mailchimp)
- To improve our website and services by analyzing traffic
- To meet our legal and tax obligations

- Consent — for the newsletter, call recordings, and non-essential cookies
- Legitimate interest — responding to enquiries, improving our website and services, keeping our systems secure

5. Who we share your data with
We use the following service providers (processors) to run our business. Each is contractually required to protect your data and use it only on our instructions:
- Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, part of Intuit Inc., USA) — newsletter and email list management
- Cal.com — call scheduling
- PayPal, Inc. (USA) — invoicing and payment processing
- Framer B.V. (Netherlands) — website hosting
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) — website analytics (Google Analytics) and tag management (Google Tag Manager)
- CookieYes — records and manages your cookie consent choices
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — Meta Pixel, planned but not yet active on our website
- Google Ads — planned but not yet active on our website
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above are based outside the UK/EEA, notably in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by one of the following safeguards:
- The UK International Data Transfer Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- The UK–US or EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified
- An adequacy decision, where one applies
7. How long we keep your data
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Enquiries or bookings that don't become clients: 12 months from the last interaction
- Client records and communication: for the length of our working relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax and accounting purposes
- Call recordings: 12 months, then deleted
- Data collected via cookies: as set out in our Cookie Policy (typically 12–24 months)
After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict how we use your data
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Object to processing, particularly for direct marketing
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office or your local supervisory authority

9. How we protect your data

- Access to your data limited to authorized personnel only
- Data processing agreements in place with every provider listed in Section 5
- We notify the ICO within 72 hours in the event of a security incident, as required by law

11. Email marketing
We use Mailchimp to send our newsletter. You'll only receive marketing emails if you've explicitly opted in (e.g. by submitting our sign-up form). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by emailing mihail@lucrovis.com.
12. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided us with data, we will delete it — contact us at mihail@lucrovis.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on our website, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
